I’m thrilled to share these teachings.
This is the confluence of years of Ordeal Initiations. I completed 8 years of spirit world ordeals, following my guides across the earth into deep uncertainty. They have essentialised these Intiations into teachings that will absolutely transform your relationship to the Spirit World and your embodied knowing of the unseen.
For me the responsibility of teaching is merging of making it so, for those I teach, they do not suffer needlessly. So many have been fumbling in the dark too long.
Yet I do not shelter them from their own lessons, I just offer them what I can to help them carry on into deeper and deeper mystery and revelation. These teachings are transmitted esoterically and so require that you have a ‘tuning-in’ practice to move through them consciously.
Temple of Moth teaches Rites and Ritual is a spirit world story of un-becoming. We come to initation to unbecome who or what we once were. In our un-becoming we are acknowledging false trajectories, places we weren’t meant to tread, and journeys we left have finished, and letting lifetimes end. We then remember and come back to our community with great coherence, a sense of accountability and consequence, and a type of definition in who we are that makes it impossible not to be a Big Person. An adult in a world trapped in adolescence.
This is the journey of discipline the resilience that what need to truly know what it is we are here to steward and the wisdom that is ours to keep in this life.
We are innately creatures of Ritual; conscious or unconscious. Every meal, every conversation, how we awaken, how we bathe, how we walk in the world has certain ritual attached to it. In the Temple of Moth teachings we bring consciousness to the rituals we perform and seek out the necessary rites in order to be able to perform rituals of greater harmony and reciprocity in the world.
Each month we Honour a Rite; Taboo, Amulet, Horse, Cinder and Smoke, Rose and Briar, Fisher’s Net, Thirst and Hunger, Talisman.
And with the Honouring of each Rite we Commit to a Conscious Ritual.
The rites will break us free of unconcious ritual, the dulling or numbing habits that we engage in. The false means of connection, the pretense of devotion, the avoidance rather than ritual acknowledgement of tricky forces. A rite is the acknowledgment of the responsbility of a certain gift that exists within the initiate. We cultivate that responsibility through ritual.
The ritual is taught to us by the spirit world, as we learn over time that what we do to please the spirits has impact beyond our myopic lives.
The ritual one is compelled to may not be one of altars and candles, but of abstinence or of tenderness, of deference, gratitude or rememberance.
In working with the spirit world we learn the true seeding of consciousness through ritual and how the habitual is magickal and also is what cultivates our context of habitat.
Initiates will then have these rituals as a form containment for their reality. A way to synch their human action with that of the spirit world, without falling from consciousness. A set of accords that keep their path steady, integral and protected from the malelovelence that comes of to test us in this world.
It also brings to us the ecstatic, the peak experiences of life that we can enjoy as the harvest of seeds sown in earnest, to live beyond luck, but in right relationship with the unseen all around us and now that we are blessed that it is through our effort and trust that these blessings reach us.
