The Medb Coven will assemble our pack in the holy feral sanctuary of the Wolf-Queen. We gather the hunt together for the truth of our territories, no longer making ourselves small and going without what is true, real and nourishing. This heralds a wild uprising of the heart and the hips!

All Covens are circular spaces, totally responsive to what each one who comes is bringing in their energy. Together we collect the offerings of our wounds, insecurities, doubts, and dreams into the cauldron and in it’s stirring there comes the medicine of strength, sexuality and sovereignty, blessed by the Queen herself.
The Coven is held in total confidence, a protected space for whatever those who come wish to process and release.

We don’t call Covens ‘retreats’ as we invoke them to engage. To be present with our magick and weave it back into our bodies and inevitably the land herself.
In the Coven we confront, embark upon and embrace our destinies with open hearts under the guidance of our grandmothers and guides.

We dance to the rhythym that arises in the hearts of those present. Sometimes we work ecstatically, sometimes in quiet comtemplation.
There is no set schedule for this reason, although we will observe three meals, and some treats, we rise when it feels right to, rest when it feels right to and allow ourselves to live in intuition during these days, moving through many different rituals and practices.

Over the weekend we will explore themes of money, desire, need, jealousy, sacrifice, sex and power, vulnerabilty and passion. We will explore all this through the somatic, shamanic, ancestral, interpersonal and astrological.

We will dance, feast, feel, roar, riot and roam as far we wish into our wild unknowns.
We will dare, dream, howl, kick and scream until we’ve found the equilibiurm to hold the steady the crown and own the throne and be our own Queen.
